This is in Acre, an old Crusader city. The Israeli government does some interesting things with the old historic sites, including renovating and rebuilding them to turn them into facilities that can actually be used for public events, as opposed to keeping them as ruins that you just go and see. This is a photo of the inside of an old Crusader structure, which Israel is apparently renovating to turn into some kind of a special place.
